About Me
Hi new friend! My name is Michael and I spend most of my time developing and designing web solutions out of College Station, TX. I’m also a full time student at Texas A&M University (whoop). Although my bachelors degree from Texas A&M is in Communications, I’m currently enrolled in business courses to prepare me for my future foray into graduate school. My stint as a college student will come to a halt when I complete my studies in May of 2010, at which point I’ve been informed it will become necessary for me to retire my extensive collection of Ninja Turtles.
In my spare time I love playing hockey and have been an avid Dallas Stars fan for many years. I’ve also acquired an affinity for golf, despite what a maddeningly frustrating game it is. On a related note, If anyone happens to find my nine iron in the woods I would greatly appreciate being notified. It was recently “placed” in the woods as punishment for a less-than-adequate performance.
Employing a deep passion for web development, I strive to provide my users with dynamic, engaging and enjoyable online experiences. Meticulous hand coding ensures a unique and effective product for each of my clients, complete with standards compliant XHTML, CSS and Javascript solutions. My specialties include:
Web Specialties
- Valid XHTML/CSS
- PHP/MYSQL
- Javascript
- Javascript Library Integration (Jquery, Scriptaculous, Mootools)
- WordPress/Joomla/Drupal Content Management System Development/Integration
- E-Commerce Development/Integration
- Search Engine Optimization
- Graphic Design
I am currently accepting freelance work, and I’m also seeking full time employment; I will be available to begin full time work as of May 2010. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or inquiries you may have.
